Jon L. Way, D.D.S, M.S.
Jon Way was raised in Pullman, Washington. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with Honors in 1983. He attended the University of Washington School of Dentistry, earning his DDS degree in 1987. After graduation, Dr. Way was employed by the Seattle-King County Department of Public Health, caring for primarily low income and S.E. Asian refugee children. This experience encouraged him to pursue additional training in treating children at UCLA, earning him a Certificate of Specialty in Pediatric Dentistry in 1993. While attending UCLA, he also received a Masters of Science degree in Oral Biology, and from the Neuropsychiatric Institute, Certification in Developmental Disabilities and Mental Retardation.
Dr. Way has had a broad range of experience in dentistry over the years, including being adjunct faculty in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Washington. He started a pediatric dental program at a Native American reservation and has worked in a multitude of private practice pediatric dental office locum tenens.
Dr. Way strives to treatment plan with integrity, while maximizing the quality of care. He believes in taking a pragmatic approach to preventive pediatric dental care.
