Dr. Jon Ermshar has been a member of the medical community in Grants Pass for 33 years, practicing the full spectrum of Family Practice including active hospital privileges at Three Rivers Medical Center in Adult, Newborn and Pediatric Care.
In January 2000 Dr. Ermshar founded WellSpring Family Practice, which has now proudly become a member of the AllCare Medical Group. His philosophy of care is one that embraces State of the Art standards of care in modern Allopathic medicine.
Dr. Ermshar offers a broad range of quality health plans and services designed to meet the growing needs of diverse communities, committed to improving patient experiences, enhancing the health of the Oregon population, and reducing costs for both patients and taxpayers.

- Dental care, Podiatry, and Optometry / Medical equipment and supplies, including incontinence creams and washes
