John S. Visger, MD received his undergraduate degree from the University of Akron and completed medical school at Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine. He completed his surgical residency at the Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown Ohio. Dr. Visger is a board certified general surgeon as well as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Special surgical interests include thyroid, parathyroid and laparoscopic cases. Dr Visger is currently a clinical preceptor at the University of Washington for first year medical students enrolled in the WWAMI program.
