John S. Thomas, M.D. practices at Surgical Clinic, PC. Dr. Thomas attended Auburn University for his pre-medical education. He received his medical degree from The University of Alabama Birmingham and completed his fellowship at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham. He completed his residency at Georgia Baptist Hospital.Dr. Thomas is board certified by the American Board of Surgery, and he was awarded fellow by the American College of Surgeons.Outside of patient care, Dr. Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife, Susie, and their three children. He particularly enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, scuba and freediving.
