Dr. Pennings specializes in advanced laparoscopic techniques. He also performs Endoscopic procedures and is a well respected General Surgeon, Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Pennings attended the University of Minnesota School of Medicine, and completed his residency requirements at Emanuel Hospital and Health Center and the Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital.
