Brief Intro

Prior to becoming a Physician, Dr. Long was an Exercise Physiologist, and worked in Preventative Medicine and Wellness. Patients of Dr. Long benefit from his knowledge, expertise and quality care. He works alongside and with patients on their road to recovery. Dr. Long is a Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist. Dr. Long obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago where he was the Chief Resident. Dr. Long is an Osteopathic physician trained to diagnose and treat spinal and musculoskeletal disorders. He has an extensive background in Sports Medicine with a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology. Dr. Long enjoys spending time with his family as well as spending time outdoors landscaping and gardening.
