The Orthopaedic Associates of Reading would like to introduce
Dr. John D. Casey.
A graduate of the University of Scranton and Temple University School
of Medicine, Dr. Casey interned in General Surgery as a Navy Officer at
the U.S. Naval Hospital, San Diego, CA. He then transferred to Temple
University Hospital for his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery. After tours
of duty at Naval Hospitals in Guam and Camp LeJeune, LtCdr. Casey
left the Naval service to become an Assistant Professor for Orthopaedic
Surgery and Attending Surgeon at Temple University Hospital, the
Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children. He is currently the Section
Chief of Orthopaedics at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.
