Dr. John Gernetzke, DDS Click here to view Dr. Gernetzke's CV Dr. John knew he wanted to be a dentist when he was twelve years old. He is married to Mary Ann and they have six children. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University in 1986 and completed dental school in 1989, graduating as the top student of his class of 114 from Marquette University School of Dentistry. He has practiced here since 1989. Since then he has witnessed great changes in dental care and has made continuing education a priority. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association and Rock County Dental Society. He is a Past President of the Rock County Dental Society and currently serves as Chairman of the Peer Review Committee. He has been a career-long member of the Academy of General Dental Society which boasts a requirement for continuing education and advancement. His dedication to our community is evidenced by his active participation in civic and church organizations especially in working with youth. He has served as the Director of Dental Services and a member of the Quality Assurance Committee at Evansville Manor and Rehabilitation Facility since joining our community.
