John B. Cleek, MD, has been with Carolinas HealthCare System since 1985. He provides bariatric medical services to patients in need of weight management counseling in a medically supervised environment. Dr. Cleek is board certified in internal medicine and bariatrics. He currently serves as medical director of Carolinas Weight Management. Dr. Cleek is a member of the American Board of Bariatric Medicine (ABBM), the North American Association for the Study of Obesity (NAASO), the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Society of Bariatric Physicians (ASBP) and the American College of Physicians (ACP). Married and a father of two daughters, Dr. Cleek enjoys running in his free time.
