Dr. Baucum earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina School of Medicine (MUSC) in Charleston. He also completed his residency in internal medicine and a three-year cardiovascular diseases fellowship at MUSC. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. His special interests include invasive and interventional cardiology. Dr. Baucum is board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology.
