Dr. Palmer is board certified in family practice. He graduated Magna cum Laude with a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and received his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Palmer completed his residency at Central Maine Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Massachusetts Academy of Family Physicians and the Department of Medicine at the Franklin Medical Center. He has published in Psychiatric Quarterly on The Evaluation and Treatment of Depression in Primary Care. He has practiced with the Valley Medical Group (formerly the Massachusetts Permanente Medical Group, associated with Kaiser Permanente) since 1990. He is not accepting new patients at this time.
