JEFFREY C. KNORR, DDS, MSBA Dr. Knorr completed his dental degree at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1981 and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital in 1984.Â Â Following successful completion of the State of Michigan Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialty Licensing examination, he and his wife returned home to start a family and to enter private practice.Â He returned to Madonna University in 1994 and attained an MBA in the Medical and Dental Fellows MBA program.Â Since his arrival, the practice has evolved from 1985 into a multi-office, full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice with locations in Clinton Township, New Baltimore and Romeo.Â Â He maintains staff privileges at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital and St. John Macomb Hospital.Â Â Â Â He was selected by his peers as a â€˜Top Doc' inÂ 2007 and a 'Top Dentist' in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 in Detroit Hour Magazine.Â Dr. Knorr has followed many paths outside of private practice including proctoring Oral and Maxillofacial Residents at St. John Macomb Hospital, lecturing and clinical instruction at University of Detroit School of Dentistry, providing service for the State of Michigan Specialty Licensing Examination Board and theÂ local dental society in Ethics and Peer Review, authoring a chapter in a nationally acclaimed Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery textbook, software program design and development for an Oral Surgery Practice Management software and most recently alpha and beta testing as well as Â lecturing and providing hands on training to other dental professionals for the Nobel Biocare Corporation on NobelActive, a new 3rd generation implant system and NobelClinicianÂ a comprehensive CAD-CAM implant treatment planning and surgical execution software system.Â Â
