Intradiscal Electrothermal Therapy (IDET)
New, minimally invasive procedure for lumbar disc pain. This procedure involves catheter insertion into painful disc using thermal energy to heat and re-contour the disc, sealing off painful tears.
Facet Joint Rhizotomy
Radiofrequency ablation of nerves to painful facet joints.
