Dr. Jeevan Sekhar (pronounced g-vin shaker) is one of the few quadruple board-certified physicians in the country with expertise in internal medicine, hematology, oncology, and medical acupuncture. After completing his training, he moved to Richmond, IN to help launch the Reid Cancer Center. During his time at Reid Health, he saw that complementary therapies could enhance the lives of his cancer patients. After additional education in medical acupuncture and extensive training in Qigong and Tai chi, he saw remarkable success in helping patients succeed better through their cancer treatments by integrating these additional modalities into his conventional treatments. Now he has established Veritas Healing to be able to provide comprehensive, integrative, and holistic care to the whole community.
