Jason Pothast, MD, is double-board-certified in sports medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation (physiatry). He has a special interest in working with runners, from the recreational to the elite athlete. Dr. Pothast also enjoys providing sideline coverage at local sporting events. Some conditions that Dr. Pothast treats include, sports injuries, arm fracture, arthritis, hip sprain, knee injury, shin splints, torn meniscus, and stress fractures, to name a few. Dr. Pothast sees patients in Baltimore at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital and in Olney at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center.
