Dr. Struckhoff’s education and work background provide a unique foundation for her orthodontic work. Dr. Struckhoff graduated with honors from the University of Missouri-Rolla with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After working several years as an engineer, Dr. Struckhoff decided to change careers to pursue dentistry, specifically orthodontics. As she discovered, orthodontics is a wonderful marriage of engineering and dentistry, moving teeth into a beautiful smile and a harmonious functional relationship. It’s all about the “before and after†and the positive effect that orthodontics can have on an individual’s appearance, self-esteem, and overall well-being. Dr. Struckhoff graduated with honors from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Her 3-year residency training program to specialize in orthodontics was also completed at Ohio State. Dr. Struckhoff is an active member of many professional associations, including: American Association of Orthodontists American Dental Association Southern Association of Orthodontists Kentucky Dental Association Kentucky Association of Orthodontists Northern Kentucky Dental Society Dr. Struckhoff and her husband, Rob, love spending time with their daughter, Megan. In her spare time, Dr. Struckhoff enjoys running, reading and traveling.
