Dr. Ambasht started his private practice in 2008 after a long career in the military. He transferred with his family to Alaska in July, 2004. They love it here and have decided to make Alaska their home. He specializes in gastroenterology and hepatology. He is board certified in Gastroenterology. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from University of California at Berkeley, he worked as a chemist and a line officer in the Air Force.
