Dr. Theo has completed advanced fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery. His areas of expertise include urinary & bladder control, prolapse of the vagina, & pelvic floor dysfunction with a full range diagnostic services, nonsurgical, & surgical management options. Dr Theofrastous has extensive experience with designing & performing clinical research, & has many publications in peer-reviewed journals & text books. He regularly reviews papers which have been submitted for publication in scientific journals. Dr Theofrastous is a Clinical Professor at UNC Chapel Hill , & he continues to provide educational services for residents & medical students.
