Dr. James Aymond is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of conditions of the spine, including cervical and lumbar disc replacement, as well as spinal fusions and lumbar discectomy for sciatica. He completed medical school at Louisiana State University, a residency in orthopaedic surgery at Duke University Medical Center, and an adult spine fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical School. Dr. Aymond has more than 17 years experience as a spinal surgeon, and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, as well as the North American Spine Society.
