Brief Intro

Meet Dr. Jacquelyn Schieck "Orthodontics is a fun, challenging and rewarding profession. It is important to me to build a relationship with patients and their families during treatment and beyond. I believe that a beautiful, healthy smile can make an incredibly positive change in a person's life and I am grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of that process!" Dr. Jacquelyn Schieck was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD and is a graduate from Lincoln High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Iowa State University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas, where she graduated summa cum laude. Dr. Schieck returned "up north" to pursue her orthodontic training at the University of Minnesota, where she obtained her Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and her Masters of Science degree. Away from the office, Dr. Schieck enjoys spending time with her husband, Tanner, and taking long walks with their two yellow labs, Maizie and Griz. She also is an avid reader, loves to sew gifts for friends and family, and enjoys cheering for all of her favorite sports teams. She and Tanner welcomed their first child in late October.
