He undertook his Fellowship Training in Neurological Surgery at the Institute of Neurology, Gough-Cooper Department of Neurological Surgery at the National Hospital for Nervous Diseases, London, England.Dr. Rosenstein’s knowledge, skill, and resources enable him to treat an array of conditions ranging from simple sprains to complex spine disorders.
