After graduating from Yale University, Dr. Palay received his M.D. from Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio, and then did his residency in neurology at the Harvard Longwood Neurological Training Program, in Boston, Massachusetts. He joined Mountain Medical Associates, L.L.P. in 1995 where he specializes in neurology and is on staff at Haywood Regional Medical Center.
