Harold J. Haney, DMD Dr. Haney graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He continued his education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine from 1980-1984, where he earned a degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine. With a special interest in anesthesia, Dr Haney completed a two year residency in anesthesia at the University of Pittsburgh/University Health Systems. He then completed a four year residency in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery from 1987-1991 at the University of Pittsburgh/Montefiore Hospital. Dr. Haney has practiced Oral Maxillofacial surgery in State College, PA since 1991. He was board certified in 1994 by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and recertified by the board in 2004. In addition to his board certification, Dr Haney is also certified in basic life support, pediatric, and adult advanced life support. He is a member of the American Association of Oral Surgery, Pennsylvania Society of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons, Center Dental Society and Nittany Alliance. Dr. Haney lives in State College, PA with his wife Alane and their three children Taylor, Vanessa and Colin. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and weight lifting.
