Dr. Ninh earned her Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University. She then went on to study at Rosenberg School of Optometry, in San Antonio, TX, where she earned her Optometry degree. During her various externship rotations, Dr. Ninh has practiced low vision at the Lighthouse for the Blind, vision therapy at the Eye & Vision Care clinic, and primary care at several private practices.
