Dr. Miller received a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and a medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University. He completed residency training at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, St. Francis Medical Center. Areas of special interest for Dr. Miller include parathyroid, thyroid, thoracic and vascular surgery. He is a member of the Oregon Medical Association and the American College of Surgeons. A native Oregonian, Dr. Miller has been practicing in Albany since 1994. He lives in Albany with his wife and three children.
