Biography I was born in the Philippines but grew up in the beautiful city of Toronto. I fell in love with sunny Southern California and made it my home after completing my medical school and residency training here. I have three wonderful children who keep me very busy. My hobbies include music, travel, sports, and reading. Medicine was a big influence in my life growing up and I saw in it a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. About my practice I am honored that you have entrusted me with your health. I feel it is important for us to work as a team to help you stay healthy or improve your health. It is important to me to not only use my medical skills and knowledge in your care, but to also listen and respond to what you need. I want to be able to communicate to you and your family in clear terms and make sure you understand what's going on with your health. How I thrive A balanced lifestyle is very important to me. I enjoy my time with my children and their activities. I also make sure I have time for myself for relaxation, exercise and meditation.
