Dr. Frank focuses on restoring his patients who suffer from persistent pain to the activities they enjoy and need to accomplish each day. He is board certified by both the American Board of Anesthesiologists and the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. A graduate of the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Mo., Dr. Frank completed his Anesthesia Residency at the University of California, San Francisco. In addition, he received his master’s degree in medical management from the Tulane University School of Health Systems Management in New Orleans, La.
