Born and raised in Scranton, PA, Dr. Parker graduated from the University of Scranton with a BS in Biology. He attended the George Washington University School of Medicine and completed his residency through the George Washington University Medical Center and the Ohio State University Medical Center. He obtained a Masters in Education in 1991 from Virginia Tech. He has been Chairman of the Education Committee for the Medical Society of Virginia and is the Medical Director of Continuing Medical Education at Prince William Hospital. Dr Parker merged his practice with BRFP in August 1998. He is married with two children and enjoys golfing, running, Civil War history and sports medicine. He serves as one of the team Physicians for George Washington University.
