He graduated in 1982 and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1986. After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1991 he practiced in the Southside of Pittsburgh for Dr. John Talarico until 1993. Dr. Hornickel married Kristan Baumgardner from Kinsman, OH in March 1993 and started Hornickel Chiropractic Clinic on East Chestnut St. in Washington, PA on May 10, 1993. After practicing for 11 years there, he purchased the building at 132 East Maiden St. in 2004 and practices there presently. Dr. Hornickel and his wife have 3 children, Kyle, Alexis and Ryan.
