Dr. Fong-Liang Fan joined Dr. Livingston Wong in 1978 and has been an active participant in the growth of the group and the local transplant program. Trained in general surgery and transplant surgery, Dr. Fan has performed many surgeries and continues his busy practice mainly at Hawaii Medical Center – East and the Queen’s Medical Center. Outside of Surgical Associates, Inc., Dr. Fan was an integral part of the formation of a charitable medical clinic here in Hawaii and continues to be involved in many humanitarian efforts.
