Elliot Rand, D.D.S Dr. Rand graduated from Newark College of Arts and Sciences- Rutgers University in 1983. Dr. Rand also graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry in 1987. He has been in private practice here in Flanders since 1990. He has taken extensive continuing education classes in Lumineer placement, implant restorations and forensic dentistry. Dr. Rand has trained in the 3 I implant system and Forensic Dentistry. Dr. Rand is also a certified Zap Laser Dentst and is also certifed in Botox and Facial Dermal Fillers.
