Kozmic Family Practice provides primary care to all ages. Joseph Koslowski, D.O and Elizabeth Kozlowski, D.O. are Board Certified in Family Practice Medicine. Together they oversee the Osteopathic Family Practice Residents, Interns, and Medical Students.They offer care in: Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Acupuncture Sports Medicine Lactation Consultant Gynecological Exams and Procedures Vasectomy Circumcision Minor Office Surgical Procedures EKG Dr. Kozlowski has been practicing locally for over nine years. She has increased experience in Women's Health and Dermatology. During her years of practice, she has been appointed as Assistant Family Practice Residency Director, and currently is the Director of Family Practice Residency.
