Brief Intro

Elizabeth B. Gould, M.D. Elizabeth grew up in the Bay Area. She majored in English Literature at Brown University, and then attended medical school at SUNY Downstate in New York. After completing a medical residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, she received her Board Certification in Internal Medicine. She then completed three years of Dermatology residency at Stanford. While now limiting my practice to all aspects of dermatology, my internal medicine training gives me a foundation of medical knowledge on which I draw every day. Im sure I was influenced to consider dermatology because of my fathers enthusiasm for his career, and working with him is a gift. I very much enjoy all aspects of dermatology. I particularly like seeing people of different ages, from new babies to patients with 100 years of life experience. the interesting medical challenges, I cherish the relationships with my patients and our ongoing conversations.
