Over the past 25 years, I have seen many changes and new developments in the science and practice of medicine. The art of medicine has however remained the same - listening to the patient, attending to their needs in a caring and timely fashion, showing respect, understanding and empathy. I have been very fortunate to be in a field of medicine where I can take care of the whole family. I believe in the importance of preventative care and the comprehensive care of chronic diseases. I enjoy caring for children and adolescents, women in the various stages of their lives, and counseling. I enjoy traveling and gardening. Most of all, I enjoy being a wife and mother to my teenage daughters, Emma and Sarah, and our miniature dachshund, Jack.
