Dr. Edwin Chen received his medical degree from National Taiwan University in Taiwan in 1975. He completed resident training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Cathay General Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan in 1981 and became a faculty member in the same hospital. In 1992, he finished his second residency in OB/GYN in New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. He became a board certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist in 1994. He has been practicing in Frederick, Maryland since 1992.
