In July of 2002, Dr. Michael Magers began his family practice at the Mt. Ayr Medical Clinic. A native of Kansas City, MO, Dr. Magers completed his residency at the Medical Center of Independence, Independence, MO, and graduated from the University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kansas City, MO. He is board certified in Family Practice and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Magers serves as the ER Medical Director for the Ringgold County Hospital.
