Dr. Wingfield joined Hamilton Cardiology Associates in July 2010. He graduated from Temple University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical Center. He completed his general Cardiology training in Cardiovascular Diseases at Drexel University College of Medicine - Hahnemann University Hospital, where he also served as Chief Cardiology Fellow. He returned to New York Presbyterian Hospital for Interventional Cardiology training. Dr. Wingfield is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases. In addition, he completed Level II training in Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography, and Transesophageal Echocardiography. His areas of focus include Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart Disease, and Peripheral Vascular Disease. He holds professional affiliations with the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association, and the Society of Vascular Ultrasound.
