Brief Intro

Edward A. Anderson, D.D.S. Edward A. Anderson received his dental degree from the University of Minnesota in 1974. He did a General Practice Residency with the US Public Health Service following his dental degree, in Baltimore, Maryland. He then went on to become the head of the Detroit, Michigan, USPH Clinic, serving the Coast Guard and Merchant Seaman needs in the Great Lakes. The mountains of Colorado called and Dr. Anderson joined a large group practice in Denver before finding his way to North Dakota. Dr. Anderson came to Jamestown in 1978 when he took over the practice of retiring dentist, Dr. Tom Jackson. When Dr. Loren Waxler retired in 1986, Dr. Anderson purchased his building and practice and relocated to his current office. Dr. Anderson’s professional affiliations include the ADA, the NDDA, Central District, Rocky Mountain Study Group and the Heartland Study Club, where he has received many academic and clinical awards including the 1997 and 2006 Dedication to Excellence award, the Clinician of the Year Award for 2011, by the members of the Heartland Study Club.
