He completed his internship at Greenville Hospital System in Greenville, South Carolina, and his residency at Johns Hopkins University/Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore. He completed a fellowship at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky, and is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
