Dr. Lange practices general orthopedic surgery with a special interest in total joint reconstruction at Muir Orthopaedic Specialists. He has been trained in the minimally invasive surgery for both hips and knees, which is indicative of his commitment to his patients.
A natural leader with infinite patience, he has held numerous leadership positions, including Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery and Chief of Medical Staff at John Muir Medical Center. He also served on the Board of Trustees at John Muir Medical Center.
Dr. Lange began practicing orthopedic medicine in 1975 after earning his medical degree from Emory University in Atlanta. Dr. Lange completed his ensuing internship and residency at the University of California, San Francisco, where his Southern demeanor and dedication inspired both patients and colleagues and complemented the extensive training.
Dr. Lange has recently been recognized as a "Top Doctor" in orthopedic medicine by U.S. News & World Report.
