Dr. Retzlaff completed his Bachelor's Degree in biology at Portland State University before graduating from Oregon Health Sciences School of Dentistry in 1986. After a few years of working as an associated dentist, Dr. Retzlaff began his Oregon City practice in 1990. Treating patients the way he, himself, would want to be treated continues to be his philosophy. That is why the doctor stresses building relationships with his patients and prioritizing their dental needs for completing their treatment over time. His whole office will extend a warm welcome to your friends and family. The doctor is dedicated to staying current within the field, and he enjoys taking continuing education that covers aesthetic dentistry and emerging technology.  Dr. Retzlaff and his wife, Lauren, enjoy keeping up with their grown children (from Montana to Alabama), actively supporting Oregon Ducks football, and golfing.
