Brief Intro

Dr. Fagelman’s exceptional imaging skills are well known to the local medical community. The combination of his cross sectional imaging ability and nuclear medicine background make him an ideal interpreter of PET/CT studies. Dr. Fagelman is certified by the American Board of Radiology in both Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. He received his medical degree from the SUNY Upstate Medical School and was an Intern at The Carney Hospital in Boston. He was a Resident in Diagnostic Radiology at Boston City Hospital and Boston University Medical Center and subsequently did a Fellowship in CT Scanning, Ultrasound and Nuclear Medicine at the Mt. Sinai Medical Center of Greater Miami. He served as an Assistant Professor of Radiology at both the State University of New York at Stony Brook and Cornell University Medical College. He has published extensively in the medical literature and is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology and the American Roentgen Ray Society.
