Dr. Dmitri Baranov earned his medical degree from Saratov Medical University. He completed an internship and residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, and a bariatric and minimally invasive surgery fellowship at Boston University Medical Center. Dr. Baranov specializes in laparoscopic bariatric surgeries, including gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, intragastric balloon, and adjustable gastric banding. Dr. Baranov is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He sees patients as the medical director of Saratoga Hospital's Bariatric Surgery & Weight-Loss Program.
