Dr. David Roeltgen attended Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, MA (1976). He completed his graduate medical education at Shads Hospital at University of Florida for Neurology in 1982; Penn State University Hospital, Milton Hershey Medical Center for Neurology in 1980 and Internal Medicine 1979; and York Hospital for Internal Medicine in 1978.
