David Villasenor joins us after graduating from the UC San Diego combined Family Medicine and Psychiatry residency. Dr. Villasenor completed medical school at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and did his undergraduate work at UC Santa Cruz. Dr. Villasenor speaks Spanish and has interests in preventative and addiction medicine, as well as mental health. After considering many locations, Humboldt County had the perfect combination of natural beauty, small town charm, and wonderful opportunities to his wife and sons. Away from work Dr. Villasenor enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the beaches and woods, riding his mountain bike, playing soccer and surfing.
