Dr. Johnson has supported and participated in community arts programs for many years. He is a founding member of the Saranac Lake Young Arts Association, has served on the board of directors of the Lake Placid Sinfonetta and sings for fun in an acappella group (the Saranac Lake Madrigal Singers). After work and family there is always some time for sailing, windsurfing, skiing, fly-fishing and woodworking. Dr. Johnson received his MD in 1973 from the University of Rochester and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center. Dr. Johnson is the Vice-President, Treasurer and co-founder of Adirondack Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, PC and has practiced in the Tri-lakes area since 1976.
