Dr. Christopher Cifarelli earned his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, and performed his internship and residency at the University of Virginia. He also has a doctorate degree in developmental biology and teratology from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He has served as staff neurosurgeon at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Hospital and Arkansas Children?s Hospital, as well as University Health Associates in Morgantown. Among the professional societies to which he belongs are the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the Society for Neuro-Oncology and the Society of Neuroscience.
