Dr. Chris Pagnani, MD is a Psychiatrist with Offices in Philadelphia, Manhattan, on The Main Line of Philadelphia, and in Wilmington, DE. He offers in-office and virtual Telehealth Psychiatric appointments for the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD medication management, and substance use disorders (such as alcohol and opiate use disorder treatment). He is an Instructor at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, a supervisor at Jefferson Hospital for Residents in Psychiatry and the Medical Director at Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates - a team of 25 outpatient psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychologists, who are academically oriented, expertly trained, and practice similar medicine.
Initial psychiatric appointments are 60-90 minutes in-length. We also offer 2-3 hour evaluations and second opinions with reports. Patients can typically be seen by one of our providers within 2-3 weeks. We practice evidenced-based, holistic psychiatric care, and are mindful of the over-prescription of psychiatric medications. We will discuss not only your anxiety, depression or other "diagnosis," but your personality, temperament, life story, behaviors (both positive [like yoga, meditation and exercise] and negative [like excessive alcohol or substance use]), any history of traumas and your medical history as well. Psychiatry is complex, and treatment needs to be tailored to the individual.
Dr. Pagnani is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a licensed physician in PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE, FL and CA. He practices holistic, evidenced-based care. He serves as the Medical Director of Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates, information found at RittenhousePA.com. RPA offers both in-office and virtual Telehealth Psychiatric appointments, out of about 10 locations.
