Dr. Biller is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. She earned her bachelors degree in biology from Pennsylvania State University, her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine, and her Master of Public Health degree in international health from Boston University School of Public Health. She completed her surgical internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City and her general surgery residency at Temple University Hospital. She performed her pediatric surgery fellowship at Morgan Stanley Childrens Hospital at Columbia University and her pediatric surgical oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Biller served with the World Health Organization in Geneva and as a junior surgeon at Sihanouk Hospital Center of HOPE in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
