Dr. Charles Ross is a very active member of the Roseburg community. After attending college at UCLA he went on to medical school at the Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery. After receiving his doctorate, he began his Oregon practice in Oakridge, just east of Eugene. Dr. Ross is Board certified in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine. His special interests include teaching, tennis, and reading. He is a walking testimony to the phrase, "busy people make time". Instructing Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, leading the Douglas County Medical Society as President and planning the 2005 Health Fair are just a few of his activities. He says that he most enjoys time with patients and teaching. "I try to set an example by learning, exercising, eating well, enjoying each day, and helping others when I can". He is an energetic and engaging person, taking personal interest in each patient he treats. Together with his wife, Christine, who is a Registered Nurse, Dr. Ross loves life and living in Roseburg.
